The Cake Hat pattern up for sale on Ravelry and on Etsy It is a mix between a newsboy hat and a baseball cap, but definitely trendy. Pattern has been thoroughly tested, as seen on the pattern page on Ravelry. Even I am surprised how awesome the hat is. :)

Bought some new yarn from Big Lots which yielded a pretty cool, laid back slightly slouchy beanie. It only takes one small skein to make this hat. Free pattern here Am I the only one in love with this yarn? Not only is it cheap, but the self-striping yarn is peachy keen, if I do say so myself!
